Indiana Pacers center Myles Turner is the 10th best player at his position in NBA 2K18. Can he crack the top 5 next season?

This is a big year for Myles Turner as the reins of the Indiana Pacers are now in his hands, but fans know Turner is fit to lead as he is one of the top 10 centers in the NBA.

According to NBA 2K18, at least.

The big from Texas boasts an 84 rating overall in this year’s game, good enough to make the top 10 at his position.

If he makes the jump we hope this season, then there is a chance by next year he’ll overtake Hassan Whiteside, DeAndre Jordan, and Andre Drummond who rank ahead of him in the top 10.

However, cracking the top 5 won’t easy.

If Joel Embiid stays healthy, then he’ll move into the top five easily. Outside of the 76ers center, DeMarcus Cousins, Karl-Anthony Towns, Marc Gasol, Nikola Jokic, and Rudy Gobert look firmly locked in the top 6 with age playing a small factor in any decline by Gasol.

Looking even further down the road, maybe one day we’ll see Myles on one of NBA 2K’s all-time Pacers team. Hopefully, they pay for the rights to Reggie Miller by then.
