The 1-8 Indiana Pacers, who are in the midst of a three-game losing streak, will take on the 5-5 Golden State Warriors on Sunday at 8:30 p.m. ET.
Both teams went head-to-head once already this season on Nov. 1: a 114-109 victory for Indiana, which remains its only win of the season so far. Additionally, the Pacers have won each of their last four games against Golden State, dating back to the 2023-24 season.
Each team is fresh off a loss to the Denver Nuggets (the Pacers on Saturday and the Warriors on Friday) and will have a chance to get back on track with a victory on Sunday. Furthermore, Golden State has lost four of its last five games and currently stands as the No. 5 seed in the Western Conference.

As for rookie Kam Jones, who has yet to make his NBA debut due to a back injury, Carlisle indicated that he does not have a concrete timetable for his return.

11/9 Warriors vs. Pacers
- Stephen Curry (illness) - OUT
- Al Horford (foot) - QUESTIONABLE
- De'Anthony Melton (knee, surgery) - OUT
Warriors guard Stephen Curry missed each of the team's last two games due to an illness and will also be out against the Pacers. In eight games played this season, the 11-time All-Star is averaging 26.8 points, 3.6 rebounds, 4.3 assists, and 1.5 steals while shooting 45.4% from the field and 38.9% from deep.
Al Horford, who is in the midst of his first season with the Warriors, has only appeared in six games for the team as they look to manage his workload. The 39-year-old didn't play in Golden State's loss against Denver and is questionable against the Pacers due to a foot injury.
De'Anthony Melton suffered an ACL injury last November and is still rehabbing from surgery. He is reportedly making good progress, and his return could happen soon, but he will not suit up against the Pacers.
