Pacers vs. Raptors injury report Jan. 14: RJ Barrett, Immanuel Quickley, and more

The Indiana Pacers are in the midst of a three-game winning streak (their longest of the season) after their 98-96 victory against the Boston Celtics on Monday. They will host the 24-17 Toronto Raptors on Wednesday night at 7 p.m. ET.

Wednesday's game will mark the third game between the two teams this season, with Toronto having taken each of the first two.

  • Taelon Peter (G League) - DOUBTFUL
  • Ethan Thompson (G League) - QUESTIONABLE
  • Obi Toppin (foot) - OUT

The Pacers have listed Ethan Thompson as questionable against Toronto as he is on a two-way contract. In his first game with the Noblesville Boom, the Pacers' G League affiliate, Thompson had a fantastic showing, scoring 36 points on 12-for-19 shooting, including 9-for-12 from deep. He also recorded six assists, five rebounds, one steal, and just one turnover.

Taelon Peter, who is also on a two-way contract, has been listed as doubtful for Wednesday's game. The second-round rookie has logged just one minute for the Pacers since the turn of the calendar.

RJ Barrett missed each of the Raptors' last two games due to a left ankle sprain. He remains out for Wednesday's game. In 23 games this season, the Canadian native has averaged 19.6 points, 5 rebounds, and 3.7 assists while shooting 49.6% from the field and 35.5% from beyond the arc.

Sandro Mamukelashvili is listed as questionable against Indiana due to an illness. The New York native has missed just one game for the Raptors all season.

Toronto has been without Jakob Poeltl since Dec. 21 due to lower back strain. He remains out against Indiana and doesn't have a concrete timetable for his return.

The Raptors have listed Immanuel Quickley as questionable for Wednesday's game due to back spasms. Additionally, Garrett Temple is also listed as questionable due to back spasms.

Ja'Kobe Walker missed Toronto's loss to the Philadelphia 76ers on Monday due to a right hip pointer. He has been ruled out against the Pacers.
