The Indiana Pacers are entering a critical offseason and it sounds like they may be getting very aggressive, at least to one NBA insider.

One of the most in-the-know people around the NBA since his rise in the early LeBron years has been Brian Windhorst of ESPN. His analysis is known to be on point and he is very judicious about what he is willing and not willing to say on record. But Brian Windhorst, on his podcast, Brian Windhorst and the Hoop Collective, had this to say about the Indiana Pacers and the upcoming NBA draft:

"“Indiana has been talking with people about the 7th pick. I’ve been told they’re trying to get wing players. They’ve been trying to move out of the 7th pick to get a high level wing player now. Which frankly they might be able to if they’re motivated enough.”"

This is great news for those of us who are concerned about the Pacers not being aggressive enough this offseason given the tight rebuilding window they may be in now that they have their franchise cornerstone.

If the Indiana Pacers are being so aggressive, who might they decide to go after?

What wings might they trade for you ask? Well all of the available wings they could bring in via trade we have listed out here. And there are quite a few of them. And if you are wondering what are potential trade packages that are floating around the NBA rumor mill, here are a handful of pieces we have looked at and graded in terms of what the Pacers could decide to do:
