Pacers provide treats for the fans, only nutmegs and sadness for the Kings
By William Furr
Indiana Pacers offer no treats at all to Hoosier George Hill or the rest of the Sacramento Kings before running them out of the fieldhouse.
The Indiana Pacers scored the first 9 points of the game, and never stopped running on their way to rudely removing the Sacramento Kings from town. The blue and gold “settled” for an 11 point lead after the first quarter en route to a commanding 55-30 lead at the half.
The Kings would battle back to hold the Pacers to a meager 14 third quarter points, but were only able to score 18 themselves, and barely recovered to cut the lead to below 20.
Halloween treated the Pacers and fans very well with some delightful passing, shot clock beating 3’s, nutmegs, and #DipoDunks. The Pacers got their opportunity to empty the bench, and Myles Turner is traveling and working out with the team again. That’s about the best Tuesday a Pacers could hope for.

The Good: The Pacers.
The Bad: The Kings.
MVP: Domantas Sabonis. 12 points, 16 boards, 5 assists (and should’ve had a few more). Sabonis dominated the first half and the game was never really in doubt.
LVP: Darren Collison. Didn’t do much, wasn’t needed at all. Finished with 3 points, 2 assists, and a steal.
X-Factor: Thad Young was everywhere. Steals, 3’s, after every rebound, chasing every tortured Kings player across the floor with disregard for the misery he was inflicting on them.
