Despite being a game between two teams out of the playoff race in their respective conferences, the Indiana Pacers and Los Angeles Lakers showdown last night produced a number a memorable moments. Somehow the Lakers managed to make many weird mistakes in the game and still come out on top.

Let’s take a quick look back through the highlights and lowlights.

Kobe Bryant has started shooting less these last few games, but you can’t expect him to pass up a dunk on a well-executed backdoor cut. A Kobe dunk is rare at this age, so enjoy them while you still can — even if he is on the wrong team.

Boozer ran over one camera man, and tried to take out another with this errant pass.

Protip: You need the basketball in your hand to complete a dunk.

David West, always the veteran leader, tries to help Kobe play defense on Solomon Hill.

The basketball gods give and take, but usually not so quickly. Later Boozer and Hibbert would exchange shoves, and words, during and after the game.

Kobe didn’t approve.

The Lakers got the last laugh though as Kobe knocked down the game winning shot, giving Los Angeles the 88-87 win.

The end, much like the game, was weird and ended up being another close one Indiana let get away.
