On Friday, the 2-16 Indiana Pacers will host the 2-15 Washington Wizards at 7:30 p.m. ET. This marks the first of three matchups between the two teams this season.
Indiana has won each of its last five games against the Wizards, dating back to January 2024, and eight of its last 10.
The Pacers and Wizards own the worst and second-worst records in the NBA, respectively. It's still early, but this game could have draft lottery implications as both teams are currently well-positioned to potentially land the first overall pick.
Here is the full injury report between the Pacers and Wizards ahead of Friday's game.

Nembhard missed seven games to begin the season after suffering a shoulder injury during Indiana's opening night loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder. In his 10 games since his return, he is averaging 18.8 points, 1.9 rebounds, 6.4 assists, and 1 steal while shooting 40.8% from the field and 34.5% from beyond the arc.
In the Canadian native's absence, the Pacers will rely more heavily on T.J. McConnell and potentially RayJ Dennis or Taelon Peter. Ben Sheppard could also be in line for some minutes at point guard.
There are no other changes to the Pacers' injury report.
11/28 Wizards injury report vs. Pacers
- Kyshawn George (illness) - AVAILABLE
- Tre Johnson (hip) - OUT
- Corey Kispert (thumb) - OUT
Kyshawn George missed the Wizards' victory over the Atlanta Hawks on Tuesday due to an illness. He was listed as questionable against Indiana, but he has since been upgraded and is now available to play. In 15 games this season, the second-year wing is averaging 16.5 points, 6.3 rebounds, 4.9 assists, and 1.1 steals. He is also shooting 48.4% from the field and 44% from deep. All of these numbers are career highs for George.
Washington's sixth overall pick from this year's draft, Tre Johnson, has missed each of the team's last two games due to a left hip flexor strain. He is expected to be out of action for multiple weeks (h/t Varun Shankar of the Washington Post), so he will not be active on Friday.
Corey Kispert has played in every game for the Wizards this season. However, he suffered a fracture in his right thumb against the Hawks and will likely be out for multiple weeks, though the injury does not require surgery (h/t Josh Robbins of The Athletic).
