After suffering a 128-103 loss at the hands of the Memphis Grizzlies on Saturday, the Indiana Pacers are now 0-2 to begin the 2025-26 NBA season. They will look to secure their first win of the season on Sunday on the road against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

The Timberwolves are 1-1 to start the season, and they are also fresh off a loss following Friday's game against the Los Angeles Lakers.

Last season, Indiana took both games in the season series and will look to extend its winning streak against the Timberwolves to three games on Sunday.

Here is the full injury report for the Pacers and Timberwolves ahead of their first matchup of the new season.

Oct. 26 Pacers injury report vs. Timberwolves

  • Johnny Furphy (foot) - OUT
  • Tyrese Haliburton (Achilles) - OUT
  • Quenton Jackson (hamstring) - AVAILABLE
  • Kam Jones (back) - OUT
  • Bennedict Mathurin (toe) - OUT
  • T.J. McConnell (hamstring) - OUT
  • Andrew Nembhard (shoulder) - OUT
  • Taelon Peter (groin) - OUT

Quenton Jackson has yet to make his season debut due to a hamstring injury he suffered in preseason. However, he is available ahead of the Pacers' game against Minnesota. Given how many injuries the team is dealing with at the point guard position, it is expected that Jackson will take on a pretty big role.

Bennedict Mathurin suffered an injury during the Pacers' loss against Memphis and exited the game in the third quarter. He has since been diagnosed with a toe sprain and will be out on Sunday. The Canadian has no timetable for his return. But given that he led Indiana in scoring in each of its first two games of the season, the team will hope that he returns sooner rather than later.

Rookie guard Taelon Peter suffered a groin injury early in the team's loss against the Grizzlies, and he will not play on Sunday.

There are no other changes to Indiana's injury report.

Oct. 26 Timberwolves injury report vs. Pacers

  • Rob Dillingham (nasal) - OUT
  • Rocco Zikarsky (face) - AVAILABLE

Second-year Timberwolves guard Rob Dillingham logged just one minute of action on Friday against the Lakers before taking an elbow to the face from Deandre Ayton. Dillingham has since been diagnosed with a fractured nose and is out against the Pacers.

Rocco Zikarsky, who was drafted in the second round in June, suffered a broken nose during a preseason game and has appeared on Minnesota's injury report since. However, he has been available in each game for the team so far and will be available on Sunday as well. It remains to be seen if the Australian native will take the court, though, given that he is on a two-way contract.
