The 1-6 Indiana Pacers will host the 0-7 Brooklyn Nets, who are the last winless team in the NBA, on Wednesday at 7 p.m. ET.
Last season, the Pacers went 3-1 in their regular season series against Brooklyn. Additionally, they have won 7 of their last 11 games against the Nets, dating back to the 2022-23 season.
Here is the full injury report ahead of Wednesday's game.
11/5 Pacers injury report vs. Nets
- RayJ Dennis (back) - AVAILABLE
- Johnny Furphy (ankle) - OUT
- Tyrese Haliburton (Achilles) - OUT
- Quenton Jackson (hamstring) - OUT
- Kam Jones (back) - OUT
- Cody Martin (trade) - AVAILABLE
- Bennedict Mathurin (toe) - OUT
- T.J. McConnell (hamstring) - OUT
- Andrew Nembhard (shoulder) - OUT
- Obi Toppin (foot) - OUT
RayJ Dennis is still dealing with a back sprain, but the Pacers have listed him as available against Brooklyn.
After a solid start to the season, Dennis has come back down to earth and has even struggled in his recent performances. Across his last three games, the Illinois native averaged 4.3 points, 2 rebounds, and 2.3 assists while shooting 20% from the field and 15.4% from deep.
It's clear that Dennis is not on his A-game, and his back injury is probably the leading cause of that. Still, the Pacers need bodies (which is why they signed Cody Martin, who is available to make his team debut on Wednesday), so they will likely continue to rely on him until they get healthy again.
Johnny Furphy and Quenton Jackson each left Monday's loss against the Milwaukee Bucks early due to an ankle and hamstring injury, respectively. Both players have been ruled out against Brooklyn. And, according to head coach Rick Carlisle, both he and Jackson will be out for the foreseeable future.
Coach Carlisle says that Johnny Furphy and Quenton Jackson “will be out for a while.”

They won’t play on the road trip upcoming and might be out further than that.
There are no other changes to the Pacers' injury report.
11/5 Nets injury report vs. Pacers
- Haywood Highsmith (knee) - OUT
- Michael Porter Jr. (personal) - AVAILABLE
- Drake Powell (ankle) - OUT
- Ben Saraf (G League) - OUT
- Nolan Traore (G League) - OUT
- Danny Wolf (G League) - OUT
Michael Porter Jr. missed Brooklyn's loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves on Monday for personal reasons, but he is set to return against the Pacers. Through six games, the Indiana native is averaging 20.8 points, 8 rebounds, and 3 assists while shooting 46.3% from the field and 33.3% from deep in his first season with the Nets.
The Nets acquired Haywood Highsmith from the Miami Heat via an offseason trade. However, he has yet to suit up after suffering a meniscus tear in August and undergoing surgery to repair it. He is expected to return in November and December, but he will not play on Wednesday.
Drake Powell, Nolan Traore, and Danny Wolf are all out against Indiana as they are each on a G League assignment.
