The Indiana Pacers, who are in the midst of a four-game losing streak, will stay on the road and take on the 17-11 Boston Celtics, who have won seven of their last nine games. This will mark the first matchup between both teams in 2025-26 after Indiana won two of their three games last season.

The Pacers listed Johnny Furphy as questionable to play against Boston due to a left ankle sprain, but he has since been upgraded to available. Furphy is fresh off one of the best games of his young NBA career, scoring 18 points on 7-for-10 shooting against the New Orleans Pelicans.

T.J. McConnell is also listed as questionable for Indiana due to left knee soreness. He recorded 16 points on 8-for-10 shooting, eight assists, four rebounds, and two steals against the Pelicans.

Jaylen Brown missed Boston's victory against the Toronto Raptors on Saturday with an illness, but he is listed as available for Monday's game. Through 26 games this season, Brown has averaged 29.3 points on 50% shooting from the field, 6.3 rebounds, 5 assists, and 1.1 steals.

Celtics star Jayson Tatum remains out due to an Achilles injury he suffered against the New York Knicks in the playoffs. It remains to be seen whether he will make his on-court return this season, but regardless, he will not suit up against Indiana.

Third-year forward Jordan Walsh is listed as questionable for the Celtics due to an illness. Walsh has emerged as a legitimate contributor in Boston, starting each of the team's last 16 games and averaging 8.9 points, 5.7 rebounds, 1 assist, and 1.3 steals on 61.6% shooting from the field and 43.8% from deep during that stretch.

Ron Harper Jr., Max Shulga, and Amari Williams are all out due to a G League assignment.
