On Friday night, the 2-13 Indiana Pacers will head on the road to take on the 10-6 Cleveland Cavaliers at 7 p.m. ET on Prime Video.

This game marks the first game between both teams since their Eastern Conference Semifinals matchup last season, which culminated in a five-game series win for Indiana. As for the regular season, the Pacers have three of their last four against the Cavaliers and seven of their last 10.

Though the Cavaliers hold the No. 4 seed and are looking like a good team in the East, their record could be considered a bit of a disappointment as most expected them to clearly be one of the two best teams in the conference, along with the New York Knicks. They will look to get things back on track on Friday.

Here is the full injury report for the Pacers and Cavaliers ahead of Friday's game.

All-Star guard Darius Garland has played three games for Cleveland this season and has missed each of the team's last five games due to a toe injury. However, the Cavaliers have listed the Indiana native as questionable ahead of Friday's game.

Chris Livingston and Luke Travers, who are both on two-way contracts, are out for the Cavaliers as they are on a G League assignment.

Sam Merrill missed Cleveland's loss to the Houston Rockets on Wednesday and will be out once again against the Pacers due to a hand sprain. Merrill is having a career year so far this season, averaging 13.9 points, 2.1 rebounds, and 2.3 assists while shooting 44.4% from deep on 8.3 attempts.

Max Strus has yet to make his season debut after undergoing foot surgery in August. The team announced that he was expected to miss three to four months due to the injury. It is still unclear exactly when Cleveland expects him back on the court, but he is once again listed as out against Indiana.

Cavaliers guard Jaylon Tyson is having a fantastic season so far, averaging 11.1 points, 4 rebounds, 1.8 assists, and 1.3 steals while shooting 48.9% from the field and 46.2% from deep in 11 games. However, he has been in the league's concussion protocol since Cleveland's loss to the Miami Heat on Nov. 10. He has missed the team's last five games but is questionable against the Pacers.
