On Friday night, the Indiana Pacers and Philadelphia 76ers will go head-to-head for the fourth time this season and the 200th time in NBA history. The Pacers are 2-1 against the 76ers this season after winning their two most recent matchups. Furthermore, if they defeat the 76ers on Friday, they will be 5-5 in their last 10 games against them.

With a month left in the season, the Pacers own the No. 5 seed in the Eastern Conference and are just 0.5 games behind the Milwaukee Bucks and 0.5 games ahead of the Detroit Pistons in the standings. From here on out, every game is important for Indiana as they look to secure homecourt advantage in the playoffs for the first time since 2020.

As for Philadelphia, a lot has been said about their disappointing season. Despite having high expectations entering the year, injuries have derailed the 76ers' season. They are now 22-43 and possess the fourth-worst record in the Eastern Conference. While not technically eliminated, it will be very difficult for the 76ers to make a postseason appearance this year.

Here is the full injury report ahead of the Pacers and 76ers' game on Friday night.

3/14 Pacers injury report vs. 76ers

  • RayJ Dennis (G League) - PROBABLE
  • Enrique Freeman (G League) - DOUBTFUL
  • Isaiah Jackson (Achilles) - OUT
  • Quenton Jackson (G League) - PROBABLE
  • Pascal Siakam (elbow) - AVAILABLE

The Pacers have added Pascal Siakam to the injury report ahead of their game against the 76ers with an elbow injury. Though he was listed as questionable, head coach Rick Carlisle said he will play (X link). In his first full season in Indiana, the 30-year-old has not missed a single game.

Beyond Siakam, there are no surprises for the Pacers on their injury report. Isaiah Jackson is out for the year after suffering a season-ending Achilles injury in November. Additionally, RayJ Dennis and Quenton Jackson, who are both on two-way contracts, are listed as probable. However, with Tyrese Haliburton and T.J. McConnell healthy, it is unlikely they get much playing time, if any at all. As for Enrique Freeman, he is listed as doubtful.
