The Indiana Pacers have been around for nearly 60 years and in the NBA for almost 50. Despite having yet to win a championship in the NBA, the Pacers have had plenty of successful and notable franchise players.
In their franchise's history, the Pacers have had numerous players earn All-Star nods, an achievement earned by only the top players in the league each season. Though the 2025 NBA All-Star Game is roughly two months away, the voting process to determine who will make the team is set to begin within the next week or so.
As we prepare for the next selection of NBA All-Stars, now is a good time to take an in-depth look at every Pacers player who has earned the honor while wearing the blue and gold.

Trends and highlights in Pacers All-Star history
The Pacers dominated the All-Star Game during the ABA era from the late-1960s into the mid-1970s. Pacers legends like Mel Daniels, Roger Brown, and George McGinnis were regularly named All-Stars during this time, and rightfully so.
After the Pacers joined the NBA in 1976 as part of the NBA-ABA merger, they immediately had a couple of All-Stars in Don Buse and Billy Knight. However, it took over a decade before they would get another All-Star again.
Between 1978 and 1989, the Pacers had zero All-Star selections on the team. This drought ended when Reggie Miller, who was in his third season at the time, earned his first of five All-Star selections in 1990.
Miller dominated the 1990s for the Pacers before unofficially passing it down to Jermaine O'Neal, who made six consecutive All-Star appearances with the team between 2002 and 2007.
In the 2010s, the Pacers were led by Paul George, one of the most successful players in franchise history. Like Miller, George made his first All-Star appearance during his third season in the league. In total, he earned four All-Star nods as a member of the Pacers.
After the Pacers traded George to the Oklahoma City Thunder in 2017, they were led by Victor Oladipo, one of the main players they acquired in the trade, who earned a pair of All-Star selections in 2018 and 2019.
Most recently, current Pacers star Tyrese Haliburton has made the All-Star team in each of the last two seasons. He immediately succeeded Domantas Sabonis, the player he was traded for in 2022.
