Less than 24 hours after losing to the Toronto Raptors in their final NBA Cup game, the Indiana Pacers are looking to avoid a four-game losing streak. Tonight, they will travel to Brooklyn to take on the Nets for the first time this season.

Brooklyn, like Indiana, is on a three-game losing as well. Each team is also 9-13. While this game is early on the schedule, it could prove important for both teams with postseason aspirations.

Ahead of tonight's matchup, here is the full injury report for the Pacers and Nets, including a new injury update to starter Andrew Nembhard.

12/4 Pacers injury report vs. Nets

  • Isaiah Jackson (Achilles) - OUT
  • Andrew Nembhard (knee, injury management) - OUT
  • Aaron Nesmith (ankle) - OUT
  • Ben Sheppard (oblique) - OUT
  • James Wiseman (Achilles) - OUT

After missing nearly a month of action, Andrew Nembhard returned for the Pacers at the beginning of the month against the Memphis Grizzlies. In the two games since his return, the Canadian native averaged 10 points on 43.8% shooting, 1 rebound, 4 assists, and 1.5 steals. He is on a bit of a minutes restriction, logging fewer than 20 minutes in each game. Because of this, his recent designation is no surprise.

The Pacers have officially ruled Nembhard out against Brooklyn due to injury management. As this is the second game of a back-to-back, it makes sense for the Pacers to sit Nembhard for precautionary reasons. In his absence, the Pacers will likely rely more heavily on Quenton Jackson, who has shown flashes of potential, and T.J. McConnell.

12/4 Nets injury report vs. Pacers

  • Bojan Bogdanovic (foot) - OUT
  • Noah Clowney (ankle) - OUT
  • Dorian Finney-Smith (ankle) - QUESTIONABLE
  • Cameron Johnson (ankle) - QUESTIONABLE
  • Ben Simmons (knee) - QUESTIONABLE
  • Cam Thomas (hamstring) - OUT
  • Ziaire Williams (knee) - OUT

The Nets will be without a few notable players, including breakout guard Cam Thomas, who will miss his fifth consecutive game due to a hamstring injury. Brooklyn is also going to be without Bojan Bogdanovic, who has yet to make his season debut due to a foot injury.

Ben Simmons, who missed the Nets' loss to the Chicago Bulls on Monday, is listed as questionable due to a knee injury. Furthermore, Cameron Johnson is in danger of missing just his second game of the season due to an ankle injury.
