The Indiana Pacers were one of the primary victims of this peculiar season. Already injury-prone to begin with, the condensed campaign made them limp even more towards the finish line, cultivating in a lottery finish.

However, if fans want a piece of consolation, then they can look at the Los Angeles Lakers. Despite a great start in their title defense this season, the defending champs found themselves similarly mired with injuries.
