After a short-served two-week break via back spasms during the late April stretch, Indiana Pacers All-Star Domantas Sabonis came back with seemingly a mission on his mind as the Gonzaga alumni strung together a triple-double in the first half!

He was seen snagging boards, running an offense via being a much-needed connector and stabilizer at his place of residence at the top of the key, and he was also messing around with grab and goes off the defensive rebound and running the break himself.

After a 50-point drubbing of the Thunder, what can we make of the Pacers?

Domantas Sabonis comes back with a vengeance!

Although OKC had plenty of size tonight, no one could deal with the finesse-fueled diesel engine that was the mind and body of Domantas Sabonis, as he put up a video game line of 26 points, 19 boards, and 14 assists. Glad to see Sabonis play so well after his much-needed break.

The Oshae Brissett Experience continues to unfold before our very eyes.

Man, how could you not love yourself some Oshae Brissett? In the win, he continued to impress with his steadily impressive spot-up shooting and junkyard dog mentality in protecting the rim off heady help-side reads at only 22 years of age. When you add in his 13 boards, it further makes his 16-point, 4-block performance more impressive considering he only stands at 6-foot-7.

Oshae has continued to raise the bar of expectations, and the three-year deal is starting to look like a bargain by Kevin Pritchard, who always finds ways to seek out talent in places where others don’t even look at.

Sure the Thunder are aggressively terrible, but the Navy and Gold could not miss!

It does not matter who the opponent is, shooting 65% from the field and 63% from three in a game where you broke 150 is impressive. Everyone was scoring in bunches as the Pacers had three players score over 25 points and the game never felt like it was going the other way.

Dougie Buckets continued to impress with his smart slashing actions and off-ball mastery, while Caris LeVert proceeded to project as a bucket aficionado for the future. Edmond Sumner is yet to get volume touches, but that day is surely coming.

This game probably wasn’t ever going to go to the Thunder, but it was a treat to watch the Indiana Pacers dominate for once in this rocky campaign.

dark. Next. What is causing the Pacers' decline?
