Victor Oladipo is finally set to make his season debut as the Indiana Pacers take on the Chicago Bulls in Indianapolis.

The day has finally come. It has been 371 days, but Victor Oladipo is finally set to return to the Indiana Pacers (30-17) line-up. He will be returning to a much more formidable Indiana team than he could have dreamed He will only need to help them gain two and a half games before April to take the number two seed in the East.

Without Oladipo, the Pacers come in winners of seven of their last nine including three during their five game west coast road trip. Jeremy Lamb, whom Oladipo will likely be replacing in the starting line-up, is coming off his second highest scoring night as a Pacer with the 28 he had in Portland Sunday.

On the other side, the Chicago Bulls (19-30) are still struggling to find consistency. The Bulls are 6-4 in their last 10, but other than Zach LaVine, they have had little consistency on offense. That inconsistency leads to their 25th raking in both points per game and field goal percentage. Chicago is home to a good quantity of young talent, but they have yet to figure out how to most effectively use it.

An average team with a sub-par road record (8-15) home to a flamethrowing shooting guard, this should be a good night to get Victor’s feet wet. It’s all set up to show exactly where he is in his recovery. Here is everything else important to know going in. The real season starts now.
