The rivalry between the Indiana Pacers and Milwaukee Bucks just keeps growing, and so far this season, the Pacers have gotten a step up on their opponent at nearly every turn.

On Wednesday night, the Pacers took down the Bucks for a fourth time this season, improving their season record to 4-1 with a 142-130 victory behind some great performances.

For the second straight game, the Pacers took down the Bucks, and more importantly, they shut down Damian Lillard. He finished the game with 23 points but shot just 6-of-18 from the field and 2-of-8 from three-point range.

Giannis Antetokounmpo put up some great stats, but the Bucks just weren’t able to keep up. Let’s take a look at two studs and one dud from the Pacers’ win over the Bucks.

Stud - Obi Toppin

There were a ton of different players who could have fit into this spot. Myles Turner, Aaron Nesmith, and Bennedict Mathurin, just to name a few, all looked great.

Obi Toppin didn’t have an amazing second half, but his performance in the first half was good enough to earn him a spot as one of the studs from this game because he was doing everything.

In the first half, Toppin put up 12 points, six rebounds, four assists, and one steal while shooting 4-of-8 from the floor and 1-of-3 from behind the three-point line.

Again, while Toppin wasn’t quite as effective as some may have wanted him to be in the second half, he stepped up against a great team, and he deserves credit for that.
