2. Myles Turner

I’m not entirely sure that the Indiana Pacers wouldn’t entertain the idea or possibility of trading Myles Turner. This is a player that had popped up in trade rumors in each of the last few seasons but all that was put to bed when he inked a contract extension with the team. My question for the team is has that completely changed the team’s thought process when it comes to viewing Turner as a key part of this team’s future?

And maybe it has, but I also believe that if the right trade offer comes around for Turner, you can’t just completely shut it down. Especially considering that he’s a little older than the rest of this team’s core. Coming off a season in which he averaged a career-high 18 points and eight rebounds on 55 percent shooting from the field and 37 percent shooting from 3-point range, he could very well be a player that the Pacers elect to keep.

However, he’s the second-best trade asset that the team currently has on its roster. If they were open to trading him, the Pacers would get some great trade offers. That’s just something to keep in mind.
