The Pacers are entering the point of the season where we begin to look at options they may have moving into the offseason. Two of the biggest names that will be swirling around trade and free agency rumorswill be Deandre Ayton and Khris Middleton, who both were contributors to title-contending teams.
Last offseason, the Pacers tried to bring in Deandre until Phoenix decided to match the offer sheet after the Pacers made the initial offer. My guess is that Ayton will be available this offseason as well if a team like the Pacers were to want him.
The Suns don’t have much of a chance this series against Denver if Deandre Ayton has moments like this.

However, given that the Pacers made a long-term commitment to Myles Turner, it is doubtful that they would have any interest in a player like Deandre Ayton.
On the other hand, Khris Middleton could be a perfect fit with the Indiana Pacers and plays a position of need.

While he would be an expensive add to the team, there is some evidence to suggest that it could be a great fit and add some playoff experience to a team that sorely needs it if they want to have any chance at competing at the highest level.
But how would the Pacers go about bringing him in?
