The Indiana Pacers will continue to be in trade rumors as long as they have pieces of value, which many teams continue to eye from afar.

One that has consistently been around the Pacers for years now is the idea that is always getting floated that Myles Turner may get traded (even though he just signed the team extension). Well the newest round of these rumors cropped up recently with, you guessed it, the Dallas Mavericks.

Now Dallas is coming off of one of their more disappointing seasons in franchise history. They brought in another “superstar” in Kyrie Irving only to get noticeably worse through the back half of the year. Management may be desperate to save face with a team with a high payroll and not many future assets. That’s where Turner steps into their delusion.

Many feel that they could trade away their only remaining assets to try and bring in Turner to fix their defensive struggles. And Turner makes a lot of sense for the team, being from Dallas as well as being a defensive anchor for the Pacers.

So who is talking about it and what are they proposing in terms of a package for Turner?
