The Pacers are coming off of a loss to the Hawks that was disappointing for fans that were hopeful for a play-in game. The Pacers currently are sitting outside of the play-in tournament with a less than optimistic chance of making it.
The Pacers were missing the central focal point of their defense against the Hawks and it certainly showed.
The Pacers have a chance to redeem the loss when the Mavericks come to town, even if they will be without Luka Doncic who was lost to suspension for his increasing number of technical fouls.
The question is, will Tyrese Haliburton be on the court and playing against the Dallas Mavericks with the Indiana Pacers on March 27th?
The Pacers have yet to really show their hand when it comes to what they plan to do the rest of the season with their players. Wisdom would probably dictate that they hold their semi-injured players out and pack in for the season. They have an outside chance at the play-in tournament but are probably better suited to just pack it in and get a better draft pick in the summer. However, Carlisle and crew haven’t given an indication that is the plan as of yet. Because of this, Haliburton continues to be listed as questionable, leaving it entirely in the air if the young superstar will be on the court.
