5. Solve rotation woes that are logjamming the rotation

One issue the Pacers currently have is a logjam in their rotation at the 2/3 spot. They have so many young players that they are currently trying to play in that role, that there are young players (see problem 6 above) that aren’t getting any minutes.

Here currently is the players that play the 2/3 spot for the Pacers:

Buddy Hield, Bennedict Mathurin, Chris Duarte, Andrew Nembhard, Jordan Nwora, Aaron Nesmith, Kendall Brown

Even if you take Brown out because he may never be an NBA player, we still have far too many young 2’s and 3’s to actually play and develop them. So the Pacers need to solve this rotation issue prior to next season by moving at least one of these pieces for a position of greater need (something we will see later on this list). It is then and only then that we will no longer have wasted assets sitting the bench because there aren’t enough minutes to develop all of them.
