The Pacers must constantly be on the lookout for opportunities to strike with stars that are unhappy or requesting a trade. One of the biggest storylines of this season was the Kevin Durant sweepstakes and teams such as the Boston Celtics and Phoenix Suns trying to land the all-time level talent. Well it appears that there may be lasting results for the Celtics in their failed pursuit of the disgruntled superstar.

Jaylen Brown was the name most often mentioned as the trade piece the Nets could pursue in a Boston Celtics trade and perhaps that isn’t sitting well with the budding superstar. And that’s exactly what Jaylen Brown has been this season with the Celtics. Currently he is averaging the following numbers:

26.7 points, seven rebounds, and three assists on 49% FG and 34% FG3

Well he could stand to up his efficiency a bit, he could be a perfect fit at small forward on a team like the Pacers alongside Haliburton and Mathurin.

The comments seem to indicate that there might be some disfunction in Boston, which could be the perfect time for the Pacers to swoop in and convert some of their assets to a superstar level player.

So how could they do it?
