The Pacers are pretty bruised up at the moment, yet they continue to look much better than they should be given the injuries. Most recently, they went into Milwaukee, to face the best team in the east, without their best player, and won. On top of all of that, Myles Turner put Giannis on a poster with this career-best posterizing dunk.
However, the Pacers are in a precarious spot. They currently are in the 10/11 spot in the east, just about the cutoff between the lottery and the play-in tournament. The Pacers need to decide what direction they want to go, and there is a large potential to make a mistake. The next step is the Philadelphia 76ers coming to town to face the Pacers.
The question is, will Tyrese Haliburton be on the court and playing against the Philadelphia 76ers with the Indiana Pacers on March 18th?
It looks like Haliburton will likely be out for the contest against the 76ers. Whether or not the injury is serious enough to continue missing time is unclear, it may be that the Pacers are just being extremely cautious with their budding superstar.
Pacers Injuries
- Chris Duarte, out, ankle injury
- Tyrese Haliburton, out, knee injury
- Kendall Brown, out, shin surgery recovery
- Bennedict Mathurin, out, ankle injury
Bucks Injuries
- Jalen McDaniels, questionable, hip injury
The 76ers are clearly more healthy than the Pacers who are still missing multiple of their best players, while the 76ers will have an MVP candidate in Joel Embiid on the roster. On top of this, Myles has always struggled heavily with Embiid. We expect this to be a tough game to win for the Pacers.
