Indiana Pacers: 50 greatest Pacers players [2023 update]
By Joe Lyon
22. Clark Kellogg
- 6 seasons, 260 games
- 18.9 points per game
- 9.5 rebounds per game
Another would of, should of, could of type of situation. Clark Kellogg was an AWESOME basketball player. As a rookie? He averaged 20.1 point per game, still the Pacers record. He never averaged less than 17.6 points per game in a full season with the Pacers and was a great rebounder as well. He likely would be a top-5 Pacer if he could have just stayed healthy, with knee injuries forcing him out of the league. Of course, you can catch Clark as an excellent college basketball announcer these days, so the world still gets a bit of the magic.
