It’s hard to know when stars are going to play and when they are going to take part in “load management”. On top of this, we are in the stretch of the season when players are trying to get healthy before the playoff push. Recently Luka Doncic was struggling with an injury after the Kyrie Irving trade that rocked the entire NBA. This Tuesday, the Pacers will visit the Mavericks to take on the newest power pairing in the NBA.
The question is, will Luka Doncic be on the court and playing against the Indiana Pacers with the Dallas Mavericks on February 28th?
All signs point to Luka Doncic suiting up for the Mavericks as the Pacers loyal will get to see the Doncic/Irving pairing for the first time against the Pacers. It will be a wonderful opportunity for Tyrese Haliburton to show both star guards who the real class of the NBA is in terms of pure point guard play.

For the Mavericks
Davis Bertans (out) as he continues to struggle though a calf injury.
For the Pacers:
Kendall Brown (out) as he recently underwent season-ending surgery.
So it is possible that both teams are nearly completely healthy and ready to suit up against each other in the Lone Star State.
The Pacers next five opponents
The Pacers are coming off of an excellent win against the Orlando Magic in which Haliburton dished out some of his most amazing assists of the season. Additionally, Myles Turner has been on a tear. Expect the Pacers to put up a fight but ultimately fall short to the Mavericks.
