How does Nembhards first season compare to Jrue Holiday?

The best way to see if this is a fair comparison, is to actually compare the two players. We pulled the numbers for each of the players rookie seasons (so far).

Jrue as a rookie: 8 points, 3 rebounds, 4 assists, 1 steal on 44% FG and 39% FG3 in 24.2 MPG

Andrew as a rookie: 8 points, 3 rebounds, 4 assists, 1 steal on 42% FG and 34% FG3 in 27.1 MPG

Those are strikingly similar numbers. Andrews shooting percentages are slightly lower but within the margin of error given the small sample size that he has on his career at the moment. Otherwise? They might be the most statistically similar two rookie you could find right off the bat.

All of this to say, is that Andrew is spot on in his comparison. Jrue is a high-level two-way guard that can play elite offense and defense on any given night. Is he going to carry a team by himself to a championship? No. Is he an integral piece that is going to help any team in the league win a championship? Absolutely.
