On Friday, the NBA All-Star will continue and the three-point challenge will take place. The Indiana Pacers are lucky enough to have two players participating in the annual event that showcases the biggest deep threats in the league.
Buddy Hield has been historically good this year, shattering the Pacers record books. He has been the league leader in 3 point shots made for most of the season and has been an integral piece to the Pacers team this year in play, leadership, and off-the-court player relations.
Additionally, Tyrese Haliburton has been added. While the name Haliburton is not always synonomous with deep shooting given everywhere else on the court Haliburton makes a big difference, he certainly is a great three-point shooter with e field goal percentage from deep of nearly 40% on the season.
Both have been very good since arriving in Indiana as part of the trade with the Sacramento Kings.

Let’s hope both Pacers sharpshooters have a great showing and continue to build on the ridiculous performance of Mathurin in the rising stars challenge to show the league how great Indiana truly is. Because most don’t get a chance to see Indiana on the national television schedule often, many will be in for a surprise with how good Haliburton truly is.
