On Friday, the NBA All-Star will kick off and the rising stars challenge will take place. The Indiana Pacers are lucky enough to have two players participating in the annual event that showcases the biggest young talents in the league.
Bennedict Mathurin has been a revelation this season averaging 17 points, 4 rebounds, and 1 assist on 43% shooting. He has shown an ability to drive at an elite level and looks to be working his way towards superstardom.
Andrew Nembhard has been solid in his own right, showing that he can defend at an elite level, and even has a bit of a clutch gene. He is averaging 8 points, 3 rebounds, and 4 assists on 42% shooting.
Both have been much better than anticipated prior to the draft day in 2022.
