The Bad

The first quarter was, well… Horrible! Everything that could go wrong seemed to go wrong. The Bulls were hitting shots, the Pacers were not. It’s hard to stop a team when they just don’t seem to miss. It was hard to watch. And, what are the Pacers doing on plays like this… Painful!

By the end of the quarter, the Pacers were trailing 39-15, and it did not look like it was going to be a fun evening for the Pacers. The second quarter looked promising with the Pacers closing the gap to 9 points with 3:34 left in the half, only to see the lead balloon back up to 25 with 7:46 to go in the third quarter. Somehow the Pacers found a way to win tonight, but these huge deficits are becoming too much of the norm recently.
