The Bad

Guarding Bam… Now, I love Myles Turner. He is one of my favorite Pacers, and his growth this year earned him a new contract that keeps him in the blue and gold Pacers jerseys for the time being. Sometimes, there are just matchups that are hard to win. Bam Adebayo is one of them. What an evening for the Miami big man – 38 points, 9 rebounds, and 3 assists. He was scoring at will, and whenever the Pacers tried to foul him rather than get an easy bucket, Bam made the Pacers pay by going 14-14 from the charity stripe. Not much you can do on the defensive end when a player is cooking like that…

One could make the argument that Jimmy Butler’s evening was just as impressive with 25 points, 5 rebounds, and 7 assists, but Bam’s evening just caught my attention more as you can tell by all of the highlights from the evening.
