The Warriors probably won’t make a move, but Hield would elevate their already lethal shooting attack.

Regarding the two trades we proposed, the first one with Hield going to the Warriors would be an A- trade for the Pacers. The best player in the deal would be headed to Golden State, but Kuminga would be coming back in a position of need. It is possible that the Warriors may be more willing to do it if Moses Moody was swapped out with someone else. However, they may decide that shooting is not what they need, but rather size.

That is where the second trade comes into the picture sending Daniel Theis who has championship level experience at the center position. Additionally sending over a first-round pick (low via the Celtics) in order to compensate the Warriors sending back two young players. This trade would likely be a B level trade for the Pacers.

Ultimately, it’s hard given the cap situation for the Pacers to get involved with the Warriors without the Warriors having to give up a substantial number of players. Because of this, it is unlikely that the Pacers are able to get into the trade conversation with Golden State.
