Boom Baby!

Easy choice for me for the player of the game – Myles Turner. The center’s first and third quarter’s were magnificent!

He held the Cavs in check in the opening portion of the game. Overall, Turner ended up with a terrific final stat line – 27 points, 10 rebounds, and 3 blocks. If Turner can continue to produce at this level on a consistent level, the Pacers will be in good shape going forward.

There’s still a lot of growing pains for this young team, but these games can help coaches show players what still needs to be improved moving forward.

I’m guessing the Pacers are looking forward to the weather of South Beach with a matchup against the Miami Heat on Wednesday to help get tonight’s game out of sight and out of mind.
