Who would have thought that the Indiana Pacers and New York Knicks would be fighting for the No. 6 spot in the Eastern Conference at this point in the season?

The Pacers have arguably been the league’s most surprising team, and they’ve won eight of their last 10 games entering this matchup at Madison Square Garden.

The Knicks, who blew a 17-point lead in the second half to the Milwaukee Bucks on Monday, won their first matchup with the Pacers this season.

New York may also get a key player back in the lineup in RJ Barrett, who has missed several games with a finger laceration.

When you look at net rating, New York (8th in the NBA) is a better team than Indiana (17th in the NBA), but the Pacers have a massive edge shooting the ball that should keep them in this game.

Jalen Brunson and Julius Randle are both playing at a high level for New York right now, but this is too many points for me to lay with a team that has struggled at home. The Pacers’ strong offense should allow them to at least hang around on Wednesday night.
