Ridiculous trade between the Chicago Bulls and Indiana Pacers proposed
Ridiculous trade proposal has Bulls star Zach LaVine heading to the Pacers for a haul
In this trade proposal, the Indiana Pacers land Chicago Bulls shooting guard and two-time All-Star Zach LaVine for Buddy Hield, TJ McConnell, their first-round selections in 2023 and 2025, as well as a right to swap first-rounders in 2026.
With the Bulls touting a 15-19 record, a big drop-off from last season when they safely secured a playoff spot, things are looking iffy in Chicago, especially considering that they liquidated a bulk of their draft capital to form their veteran core.
However, LaVine’s play this season is also partly to blame. The All-Star guard is posting his lowest scoring output per game in five years since donning the Bulls colorways. Some of that is attributable to DeMar DeRozan pushing him back as a secondary option, but either way, LaVine has not looked like a max-worthy player so far this season.
Still, should the Pacers even consider bringing him in? Not a lick., if you ask me.
