No. 3 Look to be buyers if the Atlanta Hawks need to make moves to sell off current core or fix chemistry issues amongst the team.

At the end of the day, this news indicates the Young may be able to put pressure on the Hawks front office to consider what they could do to make the young star happy. This could be moving pieces out of the organization that don’t fit with Young, or bringing in players that help further make the Hawks title contenders.

Perhaps Murray isn’t working well with Young, he could be a potential candidate. This site, among many others, have talked extensively about the Pacers trying to bring in John Collins. Perhaps Young and the Hawks believe that Hield or Turner get them closer to title contention.

It doesn’t particularly matter, what matters is that another team could soon be desperate to make a move if their young star doesn’t start to feel that the franchise is headed in the right direction. And that….that is the moment that the Indiana Pacers can swoop in and find value.

What do you think? What should the Pacers do in response?
