New York had a rather unflattering summer, but after acquiring a mini-breakout player in the last playoffs in Jalen Brunson, the Knicks should be a bit more potent than last season. Key holdovers Julius Randle, RJ Barrett, and Mitchell Robinson, who re-upped with them in the offseason, will once again be heavily featured for the Knickerbockers.
On the flip side, the Pacers’ encouraging start to the preseason could very well commence a winning streak, especially if the starting unit plays even better after being overshadowed by the bench’s prolific showing against Charlotte.
