The Indiana Pacers may not have impressed many so far this season, leaving fans and pundits alike with their substandard record, but there’s no doubt that some players have stood out and have risen among the best performers in the Eastern Conference in the 2021-22 campaign.

That being said, these players will have an opportunity to get rewarded as voting for the 2022 NBA All-Star game begins today and will run through January 22, almost a month before the All-Star festivities on February 20. The games will be held at the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse, home of the Cleveland Cavaliers.

The Pacers have been well-represented in the All-Star game, sending out an All-Star in nine of the last ten seasons, including in six straight years, but their current standing could threaten to snap that streak. Thus, fans of the Blue and Gold should ramp up voting, as fan votes constitute 50 percent of the total vote to determine who gets the All-Star berths this season, like in previous years.

The Indiana Pacers have been stuck in the middle, but they should have some candidates for the NBA All-Star Game. Here’s how to vote for your favorite Pacer to make the All-Star team.

Unlike before where ballots are the sole method, fans now have three, different options to cast their votes for the All-Star Game. Here are the guidelines, according to the NBA:

  • NBA AppAccess the ballot and vote through the NBA App, which is available on Android and iOS.  Fans can fill out one full ballot per day (per day is defined as once every 24 hours) by selecting up to two guards and three frontcourt players from each conference when choosing starters.
  • NBA.com voting page at vote.NBA.comFill out one full ballot per day on vote.NBA.com from a desktop or mobile browser.  Fans can select up to two guards and three frontcourt players from each conference when choosing starters.
  • TwitterTweet, retweet or reply with a hashtag of an NBA player’s first and last name (#FirstNameLastName) or Twitter handle, along with the hashtag #NBAAllStar.  Each tweet may include only one player’s name or handle.  Fans may vote for up to 10 unique players per day from Dec. 25 – Jan. 22.
