Entering the 2021-22 NBA season, the Indiana Pacers are on the outside looking in after missing the playoffs in the previous campaign. However, with a new coach in Rick Carlisle and some unflashy, yet solid additions in the offseason, the team should be back in the competitive mix if healthy.

Led by a very well-rounded starting five bannered by All-Star Domantas Sabonis and an incredibly deep supporting cast, the Pacers have what it takes to sneak up on their more talented and flashy competitors, even in a much-improved Eastern Conference.

The Indiana Pacers should be able to compete in the Eastern Conference with their deep roster

Thus, with the Blue and Gold’s lofty goals in place, how do the Indiana Pacers match up against their rivals? Here is a roster matchup between the two teams.
