The Indiana Pacers are once again on the rumor mill after reports about the team’s alleged interest on Cleveland Cavaliers guard Collin Sexton surfaced. With the 22-year-old deemed as widely available in trade talks this offseason, the Blue and Gold has been listed among teams considering the young guard as a summer addition.
Sexton, the 8th overall pick in the deep 2018 NBA Draft, has propelled the Cavaliers as the team’s primary option and scoring leader for the past three seasons. Already tallying career averages of 20.2 points and 3.4 assists per game in his young career, it’s not surprising that the combo guard is garnering interest around the league from many things.

While the Pacers have a deep array of reliable cogs in the backcourt, an upgrade will always be welcome, especially with Indiana aiming to crack the postseason and win in the payoffs after a one-year aberration which saw them stumble towards a lottery finish last year.
