What are some goals for Warren and the Indiana Pacers next season?

First and foremost, the Pacers have to hope Warren can stay healthy enough to keep the team competitive. A full season may be out of the realm of possibility but if Warren can be on the floor for 62 games, they should have enough talent on the roster to still make the playoffs.

We have not seen how Warren and LeVert will look as a duo and there’s always a risk of having too many ball-needy weapons on offense. If things do not go well with Brogdon, Warren, and LeVert all searching for shots in the starting unit, there could be another shift coming for Indiana.

I do not think that will cause many issues because we have seen each guy take a step back and let others handle the offense. For Warren as long as he can get back to his old self and contribute 17-19 points per game for Indiana, he will be massive.

He also needs to continue improving on the defensive end as the Pacers had a serious lack of wing defense last season. Getting similar numbers from Warren as he provided in his first season in Indy will be enough to get them back into the playoffs in my opinion. They nearly snuck into the eighth seed last season without arguably their best scoring option.

Bringing more offense to the roster will help mitigate some of Indiana’s defensive concerns.
