Indiana Pacers Prospects: Moses Moody, a defensive bulldog
By Sam Black
Arkansas’s Moses Moody has the defensive chops and three-point promise to make him a real prospect for the struggling Indiana Pacers in the 2021 NBA Draft
Welcome to Pacer Prospects, the series where we will take a look at prospects in the 2021 NBA Draft that I think would be a great fit for the Indiana Pacers not only now, but for the foreseeable future.
In today’s analysis, we will be looking at Arkansas’s lengthy defensive wing, Moses Moody, who projects to be an uber-impactful switchable threat with real signs of rim protection and defensive prowess capable of stifling 6-foot-2 guards and bigs alike. Not only does he ooze potential on the less glamourous side of the hardwood, but he also shows signs of being a real three-point threat at the next level.
Not every installation of this series will be strictly predicated on the most popular prospects, rather I’ll aim to cover players I believe would help the Pacers from a plug-and-play perspective and/or project to help the Pacers as they develop.
We shall start off with the positive: What are Moses Moody’s strengths?
