Victor Oladipo goes to Boston for Gordon Hayward
Victor Oladipo has been a bit disgruntled, to say the least since going down with an injury two seasons ago. His time as an Indiana Pacer may be coming to an end and flipping him for Hayward could be a win-win for both sides.
Hayward is reportedly interested in coming to Indiana and the Pacers have a mutual interest, according to Marc Stein.

The Knicks, as covered here yesterday, remain a suitor for Hayward with their salary-cap space
With Oladipo making more money than Turner, it is possible that the Pacers could do a one-for-one deal to bring Hayward to Indy, assuming he agrees to a deal in the range of $21 million per year.
If the Pacers needed to match salaries still, players such as T.J. McConnell, Jeremy Lamb, and Doug McDermott could all be in play. Whoever in that group is involved, the Pacers will have a role to fill on the second unit. But adding a player like Gordon Hayward to the starting lineup may be the best option if the team wants to compete right now.
As long as he stays healthy – which is a big question mark – Gordon Hayward would be a quality addition to the Indiana Pacers.
