What should the Indiana Pacers do if Justin Holiday leaves in free agency?

Justin Holiday was a crucial piece for the Indiana Pacers last season but was only signed on a one-year deal. Now, he is set to hit free agency once again and could have quite the market thanks to his 3-and-D ability. If he signs elsewhere, who are some free agents that the Pacers could sign to replace him?

Torrey Craig

The Denver Nuggets have done a great job of building their roster over the past few seasons, and they added more talent in this year’s NBA Draft. They have a plethora of young wings with upside already on the roster, making Torrey Craig less of a priority. As an unrestricted free agent, Denver will have a chance to match whatever the Pacers offer for Craig.

Craig has started 69 games for the Nuggets over the past three seasons. While never holding a major role in the rotation, Craig has been solid in his minutes since entering the NBA in 2017. Justin Holiday is a much better shooter than Craig but Torrey Craig does a nice job of contributing elsewhere on the court.

He is a solid rebounder for a small forward, pulling down 3.4 per game throughout his career. If he is forced into extra minutes, he could be a very serviceable rotation piece.
