Five Exciting Draft Options If the Pacers Do Not Trade up in the Draft

Yam Madar – Hapoel Tel Aviv
He is no Deni Avdija, but Yam Madar represents an intriguing choice as part of this year’s international cohort of players in the draft. His resume includes an Israeli Basketball Premier League Most Improved Player award.
Madar seems capable of leading the team as well as coming off the bench scoring double-digit points over the summer in multiple games. Yam Madar represents an international option for the Pacers if they are looking to gain some foreign attention.
At the moment, there is currently only one Israeli player in the NBA, and you might be surprised to learn that he is a Pacer, and his name is T.J. Leaf. Adding Yam Madar to the Pacers might open the door to a generation of Pacers fans in Israel.
