Who might be some surprise candidates as the Pacers narrow down their head coaching search?
The Brooklyn Nets decided to hire former NBA All-Star Steve Nash as their next head coach. Nash came out of nowhere and surprised many when he was announced as the next head coach of Brooklyn, leaving us to wonder if the Indiana Pacers could ever do something similar.
The Pacers have been linked to several head coaches, including Mike D’antoni and Kenny Atkinson. However, what if the Pacers decide the best option is to go with a fresh face? They could shock us all by hiring someone with no head coaching experience to try and provide a jolt of energy to the organization.
Hall of Fame guard Steve Nash has signed a four-year contract to become the next coach of the Brooklyn Nets, sources tell ESPN.
