Which former Indiana resident has the best night?

Banker’s Life Fieldhouse welcomes three former players who played basketball at Indiana universities. Celtics’ Carsen Edwards, Romeo Langford, and Hayward all return to the Hoosier state.

In his return from injury, Hayward has looked back to old form. In the lone game since his return, Hayward had 14 points, five rebounds, and four assists against the Denver Nuggets.

Expect for Hayward to continue the success in his hometown.

But Edwards has also been performing well as an option off the bench for Brad Stevens.

Edwards, who is a potent scorer, will be looking to remind basketball fans in the state of just how good he is.

Despite only averaging four points this season, Edwards has had performances this season where he has exploded offensively. If given the opportunity, expect Edwards to pull the trigger early and often.

The Celtics coaching staff has been careful and patient when dealing with Langford. The former Indiana University point guard has been inactive in the last 11 games.

Expect that to continue tonight against the Pacers.

Look for Hayward and Edwards to compete for the top performer.
