#7: Pacers vs. Boston Celtics (April 29, 2003)
2002-2003 was a strange season for the blue and gold as they had the best record in the Eastern Conference at the all-star break and seemingly fell apart in the second half of the season.
The Pacers lost 12 of 13 games played between February and March. The Pacers played .500 basketball for the rest of the season.
Game 5 of the first round of the 2003 Playoffs was an elimination game for the #3 seed Pacers against the #6 seed Celtics.
Entering the fourth quarter trailing by nine points, the Pacers were saved by an unlikely hero in Tim Hardaway.
Hardaway knocked down two huge three-point shots during the pivotal run that forced overtime.
After being shut out in the second half, Jermaine O’Neal hit a huge bucket in overtime to help seal the game.
Ron Artest led all scorers with 26 points.
Pacers won 93-88 in OT.
#6: Pacers vs. Cleveland Cavaliers (April 20, 2018)
