#11: Pacers vs. Detroit Pistons (May 19, 2005)

This game made the list due to the emotion of Reggie Miller’s final game of his career.

There were genuine tears in the eyes of many Pacer fans as Pistons coach Larry Brown called a timeout late in the game so that Reggie could get his last hurrah from the hometown crowd.

The Pacers would go on to lose to the rival Pistons that night, but Reggie fought his heart out in his final game leading the Pacers with 27 points.

The Pacers would lose 79-87.

#10: Pacers vs. Los Angeles Lakers (December 2, 2008)

As the fourth quarter started, the (14-1) Lakers were leading the (6-10) Pacers by 15 points.

Danny Granger and the Pacers mounted a historic fourth-quarter comeback that ended with a Troy Murphy tip-in at the buzzer to beat Kobe Bryant and the Lakers.

This was at a time when attendance was down at Fieldhouse, but there was a large crowd this night.

A large number of bandwagon Laker fans were in shock walking out of the building, while Pacer fans rejoiced.

It was the best moment of the Jim O’Brien era.

Pacers would win 118-117.
